Sallies, now I understand, why some Judges have let child molesters off, with probation; they have no common sense: no idea, of what is just?  This Washington D. C. Judge may have qualified academically, but when it comes to determining justice: conceptualizing, what is just or unjust, he is completely at a loss; suing the Dry Cleaner for the loss of his pants rather than making a hand-to-hand agreement.  He is obviously, not capable of critical thought?  He's emotionally inept.

   Arvin with discretion like his, I wouldn't hire him to clean a toilet.  For he can't distinguish probably, between what is clean and what is dirty?
