Sallies I am a person who believes that punishment for sex crimes, in most cases is far to lenient, and does not fit the crime.  Still the constitution says, no cruel or unusual punishment may be invoked, and dressing offenders in chicken garb and parading them around, to me is unusual?

   Arvin it's a novelty, so don't get up tight!  Yet it may be far better, to keep offenders like this, busy, with non-human contact work - community service and fines that are extensive.
