Sallies, shouldn't the Pharmaceutical Industry recuse their support, for Blagojevich's GRT, since, seemingly, they are direct beneficiaries of the GRT.  It's kind of like a judge saying yes, I want that money stream; yes, I think that's right.

   Arvin I get the feeling that down-state is having to pay for Blagojevich's Chicago support?  Along with that - school districts which don't have the same property tax resources, should not covet those who do; however, equity in the work place is a righteous endeavor.
