Sallies I am in empathy, with President Obama,
for I detest war; even though, many heart filled
stories have come from its theater. The
problem is not all discord can be solved with
diplomacy. Still, I suggest our root
reasoning, comes from a different place;
whereas, it seems likely his confliction rises
from patronage, mine comes from, my child like
observance of God's commandment: thou shalt not
kill. Arvin, when it comes to a date to end, a conflict that seems a bit erroneous. It's not as if we are constructing a skyscraper, where there's a reasonable way to estimate the time it will take to complete.... Still dates can be changed and benchmarks need to be set, but a conflict is only over, when both sides see the truth. Now, more, with Obama and GITMO, it seems, his decision comes from patronage, rather than practical application. The fact that water boarding took place there is not a reason, to close such a valuable holding stage: after all, when we catch Osama bin Laden, I don't want him on or in the Continental United States. Finally, is water boarding truly torture? It's distressful, but it's not as if we are cutting off a finger or something like that to get them to talk. |
