Sallies a White House spokes person is doing his best to obfuscate, but he is clearly fabricating the current situation: banks want to repay loans, to get out from under the White House's thumb but the Obama administration are stalling, not letting the banks pay back loans.

    Arvin so what you are saying is that the banks have tried to repay the loans, but the White House is not letting them!  The White House says it is a two way street, but how can that be; since the banks want to repay, but the White House won't let them: seems like dictatorial terms to me.
