Sallies the best way to fund health care is by cutting taxes and by giving tax incentives for employers, employees, and corporations.  Being as, health insurance is the fruit of a persons labor that is where the consideration should be, and not with any type of government health care system or program.  After all, we are Americans, and not citizens of the British Commonwealth.
