Sallies, Barack's idea, on the environment is not research and development; no, it is punitive!  Now it already cost, to much, to produce gasoline, so what does Barack want to do, impose financial burdens upon companies and somehow, he thinks, this will correlate to lower prices at the pump; isn't that a delusional premise?  

    Arvin if there were ways to burn carbons beneficially and companies didn't want to use them, like a seat belt or something, then possibly, a punitive measures could be considered.  Heck, we are all in this together and our government should not be punitive, since in reality it needs to be helping people, develop ways, to burn carbons beneficially.  So we see Barack's mindset is of a totalitarian, rather than a person who is trying to find solutions, to clean carbon burning.   He's a control freak; he wants to punish; he doesn't want to find solutions, what he wants is control!
