Sallies if there is a good bill or if there is the light of self-evident truth, bills are always passed, by both house and senate.  So perhaps there is good reason that a health care bill has never passed?

    Arvin it is self evident to me that  health care, systemic order has to begin, with the idea that each working person earns, through their wages, health care, and not that any government or person, in government, will be rewarded a legacy for passing an albatross health care program.  Furthermore we as a people must learn to understand the value and cost of health care - this being something we are at the beginning of and not close on reaching a consensus.
