Sallies how I wished, all things would be peaceful in the world, but that is not the course for humankind.  Now Iran thinks of America, as a cancerous tumor, meaning, in their eyes, we need to be removed.  Now the policies we would have to give up so as not to be cancerous, to Iran's Khamenei would be life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; plus Allah or Muslim would have to be God over America.
