Sallies, I must be missing something, for I can't understand how any Illinoisan could be proud, of a Barack Obama given his political stance, on partial birth abortion and his subterfuge towards taxes. There must be something wrong with a person that would lead another to this horrid thing, of partial birth abortion.   It boggles my mind, on how parents would tell their children, what this man advocates?  Do they just turn a blind eye, because they want him elected...?  Now, he's going to increase capital gains tax, a job killer; he's pro-abortion; and his history of contemporaries are a list, no mother would let her children play with, and yet, they are still proud of him; it just doesn't make sense: it doesn't add up.

    Arvin, Illinoisans shouldn't be proud of either of their Senators; I know I'm not.  Dick Durbin is a disappoint.  The only thing I can reason is that he has given up his own right to choose ... unless he truly believes that abortion is an acceptable behavior rather than being some convenience for sexual immorality; plus he's another tax and spend Democrat.
