Sallies listening to President Obama talk about
the "Gulf Oil Incident," he talks about how much
more it's going to cost the oil companies, to do
business. When what was needed, was the
government agency, with the existing laws, to do
their job accordingly: no amount of new laws and
regulation will help, if people don't do their
jobs, but this added regulation, will give oil
companies the means to charge more for their
services; it will be in black and white what
