Sallies there should be no concern over Russia giving Kyrgyzstan 2 billion dollars, for Bob (Barrack) Obama has declared the War On Terrorism as being over.  It seems them Republicans can't get the message, there is no more threat of terrorism in the world, for "Bob" our President has said so.
