Sallies what is up with Governor Blagojevich; he wants to build a new building because people were killed in it?  Wouldn't that be the same as saying, "Let's build a new Pentagon because people were killed in it;" it makes no practical sense, but it does play, to peoples emotions. 

    Arvin all's we can do is keep working with our Governor, in the hope that he can see the difference, between building a healthy Illinois and an Illinois that is fickle.
