Sallies, the problem is not with the Bush administration, the problem is that the institutions, which were trusted, were unethical; they didn't have America's interest at heart!  No! their interests were visions of money and transactions of great wealth; clearly, this was their mindset - was their interest.  Now, regulations will only act as, controlling and restrictive, impeding natural growth, so the answer is not regulations, but accountability for transactions.

    Arvin, how a Nancy Pelosi can blame the Bush administration, for this situation, only proves that she and her ilk are playing politics, rather than trying to help America.  She and her kind are so invested, in their legislation of immorality that their eyes see problems, where they are not, and avoid problems, where they are; their ilk cannot be trusted, for a healthy America.
