Sallies the California comptroller's office, since they were elected have been behaving like a King Louis, the Sixtieth regime or administration: arrogantly acting privileged by spending tax dollars for office wants and sending tax payers IOU's instead of refunds.   

    Arvin if this isn't enough proof that Liberals treat tax dollars as, if-they-are, their own money; and their right to impress taxes, as drunken sailors were pressed into service; or to seize, like a baron or feudal lord, any amount of tax dollars; then I would say individual are scrutinizing with veiled eyes.
