Sallies there is a huge disconnect, between peoples understanding of the Environmental Protection Laws, and the responsible use of Natural Resources.  On one hand we have people who believe ... laws should prevent any use of natural resources, but on the other hand, from what I have heard, huge strides have been made, towards, being responsible and caring of the environment. 

    Arvin the reality of our society demands the proper use of Natural Resources.  Look and understand, we must go forward in the hope that we have the intelligence to harvest natural resources in a responsible way, and we must continue to explore and find, new ways that will meet, societies, transportation needs.
