Arvin I think the mercury level restriction are bogus, for I have known people who have worked with concrete their entire lives, and they had no evidence of mercury problems and this is better science than can be produced in a test tube.

Sallies if the EPA is going to force the
Concrete Industry to produce... to a certain
mercury level, than also, we must not accept any
imports that are not produced with the same
criterion level of mercury; unless the Democrats
are saying, "We don't care about the health of
the Chinese we are only concerned with
