Sallies, it seems far better to keep
the type of prisoner that is at GITMO, separate, from the type of
prisoner that are in our, prison system; just so prisoners won't learn
any new tricks - if nothing else.
Arvin a structure is a structure
whether that building is in Cuba, or whether it is in some other
location. The thing that is important is the way we as Americans,
handle these people. First they are soldiers, which by definition
puts them in a separate category; second, they are not America citizens,
and it is more just, to accommodate them, under their own laws then that
of our own. Now from the little I know about their laws, it seems
that these people are treated well. |
