Sallies it sounds like the best way to help
Haiti is with a worldwide effort to completely
rebuild it? Bull dozers, loaders, and dump
trucks need to scoop and scrape the fallen
infrastructure and then, put it onto barges, to
make a new reef. With a worldwide effort,
the Haitians could rebuild Port Au Prince to
their benefit and to the benefit of all.
Opportunities like this are rare, so I hope the
World Community will step up and let the
Haitians design a new city that is earthquake
tolerant and built with materials that are
suitable for that area. The new Port Au
Prince could be built so it will be a model, for
