Sallies I wonder how much tax revenue will be added, by creating nearly a half million jobs?  When you figure a half-million family will be spending monies, at all local stores and not collecting unemployment that has to do something for the general revenue of Illinois?

    Arvin it's not about the money!  Rather look at all the good that will be done, by the capital plan: highways will be made safer, schools will be updated, and the whole list of valuable things?
