Plus the amount of money spend on illegal drugs is so huge, it is not the person in the gutter that is spending this type of money. No it is Washington D. C. aides, lawyers young and old, television personalities, actors, musicians, college students, CEOs, computer technicians, hardware employees, and all people, in all employment activities; otherwise known as functioning alcoholics or druggies. Now if these individuals were really concerned about health insurance, for the uninsured, and if they are concerned with the national debt, here is one change that would actually help our grand old country - America the beautiful.
