Sallies, Michael Newdow must think that the framers, of our constitution were simpletons?  I say this, because, he wants the removal of God from government.  However, the constitution does not stipulate the removal of God, from government; it requires that government does not endorse a particular religion: like say, Jehovah's Witnesses, or the Penitente's, or any other particular religion.   

    Arvin, I suppose it could be said, that Michael Newdow wants the 9th Circuit Court to endorse, the religion of Atheism?
