Sallies Patrick Quinn says we need more taxes to meet the needs of Illinois, but since he has proven himself untrustworthy, by not cleaning up his own pay-to-play politics, what makes any of us think that all the television ads are anything more than a propaganda tool - great for media outlets but not a wise choice of spending money.  It's possible Quinn is living out some dream, on how the State should be ran and the increases of taxes have no bases in reality.

    Arvin needs have to be met, but I get the feeling that Governor Quinn's idea of meeting needs is skewed by pay-to play desires and not based in being just and equitable.
