Sallies if this wasn't Roman Polanski, I doubt that there would be any discussion to whether, what was done, was rape, or something else.  True it was not a violent rape, but it was a seductive rape.  Rape by any means is still rape!   This is one reason, why, justice is suppose to be blind.  Justice is not suppose to consider that he is a Oscar-winning director.  No! justice is suppose to consider that he gave a 13 year old girl drugs and alcohol, and then proceeded to have intercourse with her.  

     Arvin what this does, when people support Mr. Polanski is reinforce the notion that there is one justice for John Doe and there is another justice, for someone who is famous.  Yet, by all accounts we should hold Roman Polanski to a higher standard - not give him a pass.
