Sallies it seems as if tax cuts, for businesses is the practical way to help the economy, but consumers need buying power too, right?   Business owners who show a certain profit, within reason, after expenses: wages, material, updates, and all things related to a business, could get a tax credit incentive.  Plus, if businesses pooled together to buy insurance, such as a farm co-op, then too, a tax incentive could be received by businesses.  

    Arvin, all options, should be and need to be, on the table in order to find a solution, for stabilizing and growing the economy, and this means tax cuts, as well as social programs.
