Sallies being a bachelor, and living with some decorum, I firmly believe that the proper position for the toilet seat is down; remember, if Jerry Seinfeld would have kept the seat down the tooth brush would have never fell in it.  Plus it is just cleaner!

    Arvin you men don't even consider why, women want the seat down?
