Sallies from what I hear, it is still unclear to who, exactly these Chinese Uighurs are and what they have done to be classified as terrorists, and held at GITMO?  Now if their only crime is that they have spoken against China's policies of governing, then we as Americans know better than to imprison them.  In fact, they should be considered in the say way the Dali Lama is protected!  Now if they have been caught in violence or plotting violence, then GITMO is the place for them.  Still the prison in Palau, the place the Obama administration wants to send them, looks just like GITMO, but probably is not as nice or as well kept as GITMO.     

    Arvin, perhaps, this strategy is the effect of borrowing money from China?
