Sallies the last thing I would want to do is disenfranchise any voter; however, since there is such voter registration fraud, one practical solution would be to throw out all recent registrations, using a previous valid registration record.

    Arvin you'll get people screaming with a suggestion like that.  Yet, since, these people had no confidence in their candidate and tried to steal the election, in Ohio and elsewhere, a proven act of stealing, an election, dictates a course of action not just letting fraudulent voters cast ballots.
