Sallies there are many people serving life
sentences, for crimes, and most of the people at
Gitmo are terrorist caught in the act of terror
and war; it's disingenuous for our President to
treat them, as anything other than terrorists
and any different than Osama bin Laden. Arvin we must seek justice; we must love our enemies; and we must be people of good faith, and good faith is -- that the punishment will fit the crime; it's not the scoring of liberal points. These Gitmo detainees have done things worthy of the death penalty or life imprisonment; especially since we are still fighting radical Islamist: justice and goodness is our course. |
